If you believe that you do not owe this fine, you can appeal using the form below. So that we can assess your appeal, please provide evidence of your claim, for example:

Proof that you have already paid the fine.
Proof that you registered your vehicle to drive in the Low Emissions Zone.
Proof that another driver was using the vehicle.

Please note that if you appeal your fine because you weren’t aware of the Car-Free Zone or the Low Emissions Zone, your appeal will not be granted.
